HAND WASHING!!!! If I touch something anyone else has touched (especially the germ-filled students), I wash my hands. If hand washing is not available, I have bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere.
And always, always wash hands before eating!!

Really I don’t know…but my immune system is made of steel – 16 years of Kdg. Two people at home with flu and I dodged it – not one sick day this year. Smoothie every morning (banana, yogurt, almond milk, chia, cocoa), 2 vitamin C drops a day, lots of apples, hand washing. No idea for sure though…
Kim
Emergen-C
Or just a great bunch of gut microbiomes!
